Bead rigging based on magnetic boxes, brackets, C-profiles and plywood of the right size is a flexible system that can meet the needs of any precast concrete production. The elements of the system are lightweight, so crane equipment is not required to work with this equipment. This equipment is optimally suited for enterprises with a constantly changing range of manufactured products.
The bracket is a welded load-bearing element that takes the pressure of the concrete on the board. The bracket allows you to concrete products of various thicknesses in the range of 150-400 mm. Additionally, there are other standard sizes of brackets that allow you to manufacture products from 250 to 400 mm.
Shuttering plywood of the required length and width is fixed to the C-profile using self-tapping screws.

Here are photos of projects with magnetic boxes. More information can be found in the "Projects" section.
All projectsThe magnetic box 2400 is a reliable magnet with a pull-off force of 2.4 tons. Resistant to long-term vibration and heat. Thanks to the push-button system and the spring mechanism, the magnet itself aligns itself and presses against the surface of the cassette.
The C-shaped profile creates the necessary rigidity of the side in the longitudinal direction. It is supplied in various lengths based on the overall dimensions of the molded product. The profile has perforations along its entire length for plywood fastening.
An important component in the production process is the technological arrangement of the elements of the bead equipment on the working surface. Bracket installation parameters, depending on the height of the product, are given in the table.
Brackets must be installed at the junction of the C-shaped profile and along the edges of the formwork surface. In this case, the following parameters must be observed: the pitch of the side equipment (A) and the maximum distance to the edge of the product (B).
In the example, the length of the C-shaped profile is selected in such a way (L=2000 mm) that the number of brackets (4 pieces) is optimal.
S of concreteа,mm | A step,mm | B max,mm |

For the formation of window and door openings, brackets with a magnetic box are used.
To ensure convenient stripping, it is recommended to join the plywood along 45-degree saw cuts. At the junction of plywood, it is necessary to ensure the gap of the C-shaped profile is not more than 100 mm. The magnetic box is installed at the junction.
For compact storage of brackets, a special rack is provided. Up to 40 brackets 150-250 mm can be stored on the rack.
With the help of brackets and adapters, you can easily fix door and window openings and balcony openings, both on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
A standard magnetic box (BM) is a solid steel case, inside of which a magnetic system of the necessary force is installed.
Magnetic blocks with a pull-off force of up to 2400 kg are serially produced. Each block is equipped with two threaded mounting holes. Through these holes, elements of various board equipment are attached to the magnetic block.
Magnetic systems are resistant to vibration and long-term temperature effects (up to 120C).
Due to their versatility, magnetic boxes are widely used in beading systems for the production of concrete products.
For storage and transportation of magnetic boxes, our company offers convenient rolling trolleys.
Special devices for tearing off the magnet, allow you to effortlessly bring the magnet into a free position.
The magnetic box is brought to a free position by lifting the button of the automatic system. To do this, it is recommended to use a special detachment device - a deactivator key.
The magnetic box is brought into working position by hitting the button of the automatic magnet activation system with a hammer.
