The universal form for columns allows the production of products of various sections and lengths with cantilevers in all planes.
The form consists of a frame on which a central fixed and two movable side sections are installed. The sections are equipped with boards that move in a longitudinal position.
The cross section of the columns can vary from 400 to 900 mm in increments of 50 mm.
The height of the section is adjusted with the help of racks, the width of the section - by moving the side walls of the hydraulic system.

1. In the form it is possible to produce columns with consoles in all planes of the product.
2. Adjusting the height of the racks and moving the side walls allows you to change the section of the columns. The length of the products can be changed using magnetic end elements.
3. Demoulding of finished products and tight closing of the mold is carried out using a HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
4. SIDE ENDS play the role of stiffeners.

This solution is as simple as possible, and boxes are easy to use. The main advantage is that no welding is required during installation. This avoids damage and subsequent deformation of the forming surface, and also speeds up the process of changeover to the production of other products along the length.
