Battery moulds for ventilation units

The battery mould for the production of ventilation blocks allows you to vertically form any type of precast concrete. This installation saves production space and reduces production costs.

The battery mould for ventilation units allows you to simultaneously produce several products. The side shields and the central partition are equipped with a steam or water heating system. This allows you to increase the rate of maturation of concrete and switch to two production cycles per day.

The PBS battery mould is universal! Thanks to the possibility of readjustment, it is possible to produce ventilation units of different sizes.

The mould is equipped with high-frequency vibrators, which can be installed both on the ends and in the cavity of the jackets. This allows maximum compaction of the concrete between the punches.

DESIGN FEATURES

The battery mould allows you to simultaneously produce several ventilation units of different sizes. The ability to quickly change over allows you to quickly change the dimensions of these concrete products.

    1. Movement of shirts with the help of GEAR MOTORS. Optionally, it is possible to move the shirts with the help of a hydraulic system.

    2. HYDRAULIC LOCKING SYSTEM: for compression with automatic force support ensures tight closure of all compartments. MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM: Trapezoidal threaded rods are used, which are installed in brackets on the mould frame, then the compartments are tightened with wheel nuts.

    3. A specially shaped RUBBER SEAL installed in the sides minimizes the leakage of concrete milk.

    4. HIGH FREQUENCY VIBRATORS are used to maximize concrete density. In the operation of the mould, both manual exposure to vibration and automatic shutdown of the vibrators are possible.

    5. The basic equipment is equipped with a SERVICE PLATFORM, as well as protective fences along the edges for safety and convenience of working on a battery mould.

    6. Quick changeover of the battery mould allows the production of ventilation units of different sizes.

For ease of use, the control unit of the battery mould can be equipped with a TOUCH PANEL to set up and control system parameters, such as vibration compaction, jacket movement and automation of the heating medium supply. It is also possible to optionally equip the RADIO CONTROL PANEL, which allows you to remotely start the movement of the shirts and control the hydraulic compression system.
