This mould, unlike metal one, allows producing up to twenty pavement slabs simultaneously on a limited production area.

DESIGN FEATURES

The battery mould is designed individually, with the possibility of choosing a coolant (water or steam) and the dimensions of the finished product, depending on the road slabs required for the production. One of the surfaces of the shirts in each compartment is corrugated, which ensures full compliance of the product with GOST.

  • 1. Movement of shirts with the help of GEAR MOTORS. Optionally, it is possible to move the shirts with the help of a hydraulic system.

  • 2. HYDRAULIC LOCKING SYSTEM: for compression with automatic force support ensures tight closure of all chambers. MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM: Trapezoidal threaded rods are used, which are installed in brackets on the muold frame, then the compartments are tightened with wheel nuts.

  • 3. A specially shaped RUBBER SEAL installed in the sides minimizes the leakage of concrete milk.

  • 4. HIGH FREQUENCY VIBRATORS are used to maximize concrete density. In the operation of the mould, both manual exposure to vibration and automatic shutdown of the vibrators are possible.

  • 5. The basic equipment is equipped with a SERVICE PLATFORM, as well as protective fences along the edges for safety and convenience of working on a battery mould.

  • 6. The battery mould is designed individually depending on the products planned for release.

  • For ease of use, the control unit of the battery mould can be equipped with a TOUCH PANEL for setting and controlling system parameters, such as vibrocompaction, jacket movement and automation of the heating medium supply. It is also possible to optionally equip the RADIO CONTROL PANEL, which allows you to remotely start the movement of the shirts and control the hydraulic compression system.
