The pallet circulation line (PCL) is a modern automated technology for the horizontal production of wall panels, including multilayer ones.
Petro Building Systems manufactures the pallets necessary for equipping the LCP, which are used as forming surfaces. For their production, solid wide-format metal sheets are used, so the surface flatness tolerance is 1.5 mm for the entire area of the pallet. This guarantees the high quality of the surface of the produced wall panels.
To change the dimensions of the wall panels on the LCP pallets, a magnetic board equipment is used, which is rigidly fixed to the pallets. Thus, you can not only set the dimensions of wall panels, but also set openings for windows and doors.

In their production and design, all technological features of the LCP used are taken into account: the method of pallet movement, the characteristics of the steaming chamber, the tilting process.
