The steel bead is a straight and rigid welded element with built-in magnetic systems. The bead is fully compatible with bead cleaning machines and robots from leading manufacturers.

The bracket is a welded load-bearing element that takes the pressure of the concrete on the board. The bracket allows you to concrete products of various thicknesses in the range of 150-400 mm. Additionally, there are other standard sizes of brackets that allow you to manufacture products from 250 to 400 mm.

BOARDS FOR BATTERY MOULDS

In the boards used in battery moulds, a fastening is provided for interchangeable working surfaces, depending on the molded product. For the tightness of the joints around the perimeter, rubber seals are provided.
